Where do you ship to ?
We are shipping only to the United States and United States minor outlying islands. We do not ship outside the United States due to possible problems with tariffs and duties in other countries.
How much does the shipping costs ?
We offer free shipping on all orders via UPS Ground shipping (5-6 business days). If you choose another shipping method, the shipping cost vary on to where the package is going to. You will see the exact amount at checkout.
What are the payment options ?
We use PayPal to process our orders. You can tranfer the money from your PayPal account (if you have one) or pay directly with your Credit or Debit Card. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-Check.
When will i get my order ?
It depends on the shipping option you have selected at checkout. Usually, all orders are shipped within 2 business days. If an item is not in stock, it can take up to 5 days until we can ship it.
Are all items in stock ?
We stock about 75% of all the items shown on our site with the remainder having a 2-3 day wait.
Of course, some items will be unavailable from our supplier as well, but we strive to maintain a discourse with them to avoid this problem.
Are all watches original ? Why are they so cheap ?
Yes, all watches we offer are original products. We do not sell any replicas or imitations. We can offer them at such discounted prices because we are selling directly from our wholesale warehouse in Texas. So, we don't have to pay the rent for a store and don't need to maintain a staff of salesmen.
Are all watches boxed ?
Most items are in the original gift box from the manufacturer, however sometimes we will purchase a special deal without boxes. In this case we use our own gift box.
Are all watches warranted ?
Yes. All watches have a one year warranty with allwatchrepairs.com in addition to any factory warranty that is usually included with the item.
What is your return policy ?
Because we work on low margins we do not allow returns for a refund. We will accept only defective items for replacement. If we can't replace an item (for example, when it is out of stock), you will get a full refund. Liberal return policies are given at retail stores, but not very common in the wholesale industry.
